The BDDC

In 2006, the Department of Plant Agriculture, University of Guelph, submitted a proposal to the Canadian Foundation for Innovation for a new bioproduct research and development centre to be called the "Bioproducts Discovery & Development Centre". Centrally located on the University of Guelph's main campus, the centre will help make Ontario the world leader in biomaterials.

Ontario BioCar Initiative

The Ontario BioCar Initiative represents a partnership between the automotive industry and the public sector, aimed at accelerating the use of biomass in automotive materials.
